Step into the heart of Mallorcan tradition with this hands-on Ensaimada Workshop, where one of the island’s most iconic pastries becomes a gateway into its culinary heritage.

Guided by an expert local pastry chef, you’ll learn the art behind the ensaïmada – from preparing the dough and understanding its fermentation process to mastering the delicate technique of stretching and layering it with saïm, its most characteristic ingredient.

Along the way, you’ll also discover the origins of key ingredients such as xeixa wheat and traditional pork products, connecting the recipe to Mallorca’s agricultural and cultural roots.
