One of Mallorca’s most traditional and beloved fairs is back. Dijous Gros transforms Inca into a vibrant meeting point of markets, gastronomy, music, and community – a day where locals and visitors come together to celebrate the island’s agricultural roots.
Expect bustling streets, artisan stalls, live performances, and plenty of opportunities to taste seasonal dishes centred around faves (broad beans) – the star ingredient of the day.
From early morning markets to evening performances, the whole town becomes a stage for local culture, creativity, and connection.
