Hidden among vineyards and rolling countryside near Sencelles, Can Cavall Blau opens its gates every Friday for an intimate guided tour of its regenerative organic finca.
Meet the polo horses, wander through the vineyards and gardens, learn about regenerative farming, and discover how the finca produces its signature Amargéro aperitif, natural wines and seasonal preserves.
The experience finishes where every good farm visit should: around the tasting table overlooking the vines.
