Peguera is kicking off Challenge Peguera Mallorca 2026 with fire, dimonis and a serious dose of rock. 🔥🤘
On Dijous 15 d’octubre, La tradicional Nit de Foc takes over Peguera Boulevard from 20:00, with Mallorcan dimonis bringing fire, drums and spectacle through the streets. The procession begins near Hotel Villamil and makes its way along the boulevard towards Plaça de Torà, finishing with the full fire-filled finale.
And once the flames die down, the volume goes up. Mallorca rock band Trallery takes over the stage at Plaça de Torà with a Metallica tribute concert, playing some of the legendary band’s best-known tracks.
The evening forms part of the opening programme for Desafiament de Peguera a Mallorca, the international middle-distance triathlon taking place on Dissabte 17 d'octubre. The main race combines a 1.9 km swim, 90 km bike ride and 21.1 km run, starting at Torà Beach at 09:00. 🚗 Important: Road Closures
If you’re heading to Peguera by car, allow some extra time. For the Nit de Foc on Thursday 15 October, roads in central Peguera will be closed from 19: 30 21-: 00, incloses seccions de Bulevard de Peguera and several connecting streets.
There will also be further traffic restrictions throughout Challenge weekend: on Divendres 16 octubre, a number of streets in Peguera will close from 16: 30 20-: 00 for the Junior Challenge, Challenge Women and Challenge4All events. On Dissabte 17 d'octubre, extensive closures connected to the main triathlon will be in place in Peguera from 07: 00 19-: 00.
