Finding Your Balance is a free women’s health seminar dedicated to understanding peri-menopause and menopause in a clear, grounded and supportive environment. Many women experience changes in mood, sleep, energy, hormones and physical performance long before periods actually stop. These changes are real and can affect daily life, training, relationships and wellbeing.
This session brings together a multidisciplinary team to help women understand what is happening in their bodies and what practical support is available.

Strength and conditioning coach Rob Martin and nutrition coach Sam Brown will discuss how peri-menopause can influence training, endurance, recovery and hunger, and how small adjustments in programming and nutrition can make a significant difference.
We are joined by “Functional medicine specialist and nutrigenomics expert, Dr Dinnaru and Anabel Rossello, co-founder of Instituto Medico Rosselló, will explain the hormonal changes behind peri-menopause and menopause: symptom detection and management and why this phase can also be a time of strength, clarity and personal reclaiming.”
Osteopath Lorenzo Cordara and practitioners from The Movement Mallorca will explore how joint discomfort, pelvic changes, posture, sleep and nervous system regulation relate to menopause, and offer guidance on supportive movement and pain management.
The aim is not to overwhelm with information, but to give women confidence, clarity, and options in a stage of life that is often spoken about too late.
