RITMA is the creation of Chef Marcos Servera, a project born from his passion for nomadic cooking — bringing unique, personalized dining experiences to different places and people. With deep Mallorcan and Atlantic roots, his cuisine is dynamic, seasonal, and always designed to share. It’s food made to savor together, to spark connection, and to celebrate the moment.

This season, RITMA has found its home at Hotel Can Verdera in Fornalutx (adults only), where the Ritma Terrace Bar is open until autumn. Perched on one of Mallorca’s most stunning terraces, guests can enjoy Atlántico–Mediterranean cuisine featuring local, seasonal ingredients, island wines, Galician selections, and the finest bubbles – all in an intimate setting under the open sky.
