Housed in a former photo development factory in Palma, the Planas Archive holds over 3 million imagesdocumenting the evolution of tourism in Spain — from industrial postcards that circled the globe to early hotel photographs and cultural snapshots from the 50s, 60s & 70s.

Today, this cultural legacy is preserved and reinterpreted by Marina Planas through art, memory, and critical reflectionon the impact of tourism. The result is a living cultural observatory that invites us to rethink how we see Mallorca — but also needs our support!
