As the holidays approach, the windmill kitchen takes on an even warmer glow. MOLTA XMAS is the annual invitation to gather, eat, and toast to the season.
The special Christmas Lunches & Dinners menu captures the spirit of Mallorca in winter – festive, generous, and full of flavour:
WELCOME – Christmas Bites
A feast of holiday appetizers served on a large shared platter, bursting with color and “winter” flavors.
FIRST COURSE – Taste of the Sea
Hake fillet confit with a cava clam sauce.
MAIN COURSE – Taste of the Earth
Beef tenderloin with roasted vegetables and glazed shallots.
DESSERT – Homemade & Toast
A selection of homemade cakes and artisanal sweets.
