Esporles is once again preparing for one of the island’s sweetest traditions: the Fira Dolça, now celebrating its 19th edition

This beloved fair is dedicated to the art of pastry-making, showcasing the best of Mallorcan and Balearic confectionery.

The Sweetest Weekend in Mallorca

✨ Dolça Nit de l’Art – Saturday, 4 October

On the eve of the fair, Esporles hosts a magical evening that blends art and gastronomy. Expect art exhibitions, children’s activities, concerts, and a special pairing of wines from the D.O. Pla i Llevant with pastries from Palma’s historic Forn Fondo. A cultural appetizer before Sunday’s big celebration.

From morning until evening, the village centre of Esporles transforms into a paradise for sweet lovers. Local bakeries, artisans, and producers fill the streets with tempting stalls offering:

  • Traditional ensaïmades, crespells, and coques
  • Handmade chocolates, candies & ice creams
  • A wide variety of artisanal creations that celebrate Mallorca’s sweet traditions

🎶 Alongside the food, visitors will enjoy a full cultural programme with music, performances, and family-friendly activities, making this much more than just a food fair.
