In the era of image and visual culture; What role do our bodies play? How do we express ourselves through them?
In this exploratory workshop we will delve into the art of self-portrait as a powerful tool for self-discovery and expression. We will explore the work of various artists through self-portraiture and experiment with visual techniques and art direction to empower ourselves on an exciting journey of self-awareness, free expression, vulnerability, and playfulness.
The workshop will take place on Sunday 20th 11am-6pm at the idyllic Villa Capri (recently featured in Vogue Spain & The Traveler) hosted by artist and psychologist Nieves Guri (@Psychologylovesartists) and guided by the photographer Eli Salcedo.
All backgrounds are welcome; no professional experience is required. Voyeurs is for individuals with creative sensibility from all backgrounds, eager to explore the art of self-expression through photography and art direction.
A healthy and delicious lunch will be provided.
What will you need?
– Your mobile phone
– Will to explore the art of self-portrait within a community of like-minded creatives
– An offering for the group (Flowers, garments, something that can be used as atrezzo/prop)

– Extra props if you feel like it (some materials are provided)
This experiential self-portrait workshop is open to everyone who wishes to deepen their understanding of who they are and how they want to present themselves to the world.
