The Calendar's Note

Nestled in the peaceful Vall de la Nou in Manacor, Hort de Sa Vall is more than just a farm — it’s a space where nature, sustainability, and social impact come together.

This beautiful ecological project not only produces seasonal, local, and KM0 products, but also collaborates with the Aproscom Foundation, supporting mental health and social inclusion through meaningful agricultural work.

Visitors are invited to explore the land, learn about traditional farming techniques, and enjoy unique tasting experiences surrounded by the beauty of Mallorca’s countryside. In addition to guided tours and food experiences, guests can visit the on-site farm shop during events to purchase seasonal fruits and vegetables fresh from the garden, as well as a wide range of local Mallorcan products — from sobrasada, cheese, and wine to honey, jams, sauces, eggs, and more.

Can’t make it to the event? You can also find Hort de Sa Vall products at the ‘Botiga Hort de Sa Vall’ in Manacor and Portocristo:
🕗 Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM
🕗 Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
