Founded and curated by Sofia Sanchez de Betak, The Journey Within takes you on a journey of healing, guided by the principles of ancestral medicine and shamanic wisdom. It is a journey into the depths of consciousness, where you can explore the mysteries of your soul, and connect with the natural world around you.
These curated retreats offer a sanctuary for your mind, body, and spirit, where you can immerse yourself in a range of healing therapies, including plant medicine ceremonies, breath-work, yoga and meditation practices, sound baths and therapeutic treatments. You will be guided by experienced facilitators who are trained in traditional healing practices.
The Journey Within offers a safe and luxurious space for you to explore your inner world and deepen your connection with yourself and the natural world. It is an opportunity to connect with a community of like-minded individuals, to share in the power of healing and transformation, and to emerge renewed and fulfilled.
