Tasting for Thirty – From the Mountains to the Sea
This Saturday we will welcome islanders and visitors in the know to our last Tasting for Thirty event of the season to enjoy our rugged farm and taste farm products.
Joined by a very special chef Ignasi Colí from Ca n’Ignasi in Inca, we’ll take you on a tasting journey ‘From Mountains to the Sea’. Ignasi has stolen the hearts of the people by recovering old recipes of traditional Mallorcan cuisine, giving the dishes a personal touch. Our family has been a huge fan of his cooking for years now, and we are so excited to offer this collaboration to our island community.
Enjoy a beautiful communal table setting overlooking the vineyard and Tramuntana, and savour the best Mallorcan land has to offer.
