Mallorca’s premier gastronomic event returns for its 20th edition, inviting foodies, chefs and cocktail lovers to celebrate the very best of Palma’s culinary scene.
From November 5 to 9, more than 50 restaurants and bars across the city will take part in TaPalma 2025, serving creative, themed tapas and signature cocktails. Discover new flavours and neighbourhoods — from Santa Catalina and Paseo Marítimo to Portixol — as you follow the city’s tastiest route.
The festival begins with the TaPalma Competition on Monday, November 3, at the Palau de Congressos, where Mallorca’s top chefs and bartenders compete live for the title of Best Tapa and Best Cocktail of 2025.
