Palma celebrates the richness of Mallorca’s traditional dance and costume throughout November with the “Mostres de Ball de Bot i Ballades Populars” – a series of open-air performances that showcase the vitality of Mallorcan folklore.
Organised in collaboration with local folk groups, these events honour the island’s cultural heritage through live performances of ball de bot, traditional music, and beautifully preserved regional costumes – true symbols of Mallorcan identity and Mediterranean spirit.
Each event concludes with an open community dance, inviting everyone to join in and experience the joy of these centuries-old rhythms firsthand.
