This workshop explores Mallorca’s culinary heritage by following family recipes, local ingredients, and seasonal traditions.
You’ll experience the island’s rich food culture with organic wines, a sustainable ethos, and ingredients sourced from the Mercado del Olivar, where you’ll meet local vendors and gather essentials.
At the nearby atelier, you’ll prepare a full Mallorcan menu together, including aperitif, starter, main course, dessert, and wine, all inspired by authentic, artisanal flavors – plus, you’ll take ingredients home to recreate Mallorca’s tastes. Find out more here.
