On Saturday, October 5th, and Sunday, October 6th, Cala Millor will host the annual Millor! Family Shows Festival, organized by the Sant Llorenç des Cardassar Town Council and Sa Xerxa de Teatre Infantil i Juvenil. The festival features a variety of activities for all ages.
Saturday, October 5th:
- Tots jugam al carrer (Garden and Street Games Area), open to all in the gardens of Cala Millor.
- Laika by Xirriquiteula Teatre at 6:30 PM at Sa Màniga Auditorium. This 55-minute show is recommended for children 4+ years, tickets cost €3. Laika tells the story of the first dog sent into space during the Cold War and has won multiple awards, including the 2021 Max Award for Best Family Show.
Sunday, October 6th:
- Girafes, a roaming show by Xirriquiteula Teatre, at 12:00 PM and 4:30 PM in the streets of Cala Millor. This free, 35-minute show is for all audiences, featuring interactive giraffes.
- De bracet by Samfaina de Colors at 12:30 PM at Sa Màniga Auditorium. This musical and poetic experience for children 2+ years has tickets available for €3.
- Amal by La Baldufa at 5:00 PM in the square of the Auditorium. This free show addresses themes of migration and seeking refuge in a war-torn world, suitable for all audiences.
