👑✨ Adoration of the Three Kings of the East
41 years of theatrical tradition in Palma
by Llorenç Moyà
⚠️ IMPORTANT VENUE CHANGE
Due to the forecast of rain and cold weather, this traditional performance, originally scheduled to take place at Ses Voltes, has been moved to the Teatre Municipal Xesc Forteza.
First performed in Palma 41 years ago, Adoration of the Three Kings of the East is a deeply rooted theatrical tradition that takes place every Three Kings’ Day, bringing the Epiphany story to life and bringing the Christmas season to a closein a truly special way.
One of the most distinctive features of this production is its community-driven cast. For one day, politicians, writers, artists, journalists and citizens from many different professions step away from their daily roles to become actors, offering a performance full of dedication, humour, symbolism and poetic verse.
Traditionally staged outdoors at Ses Voltes, this year’s performance moves indoors to ensure comfort while preserving the spirit of a celebration that has become a beloved cultural ritual in Palma.
✨ A unique blend of theatre, tradition and collective participation – and an unmissable appointment on 6 January.
