🎭 Palma

Es Baluard Museu d’Art Contemporani de Palma

Modern & contemporary art—including works by Picasso, Miró, Barceló—with spectacular views over Palma Bay.
Tip: Head to the MAR I LUZ restaurant on the terrace for a coffee or drinks with a view.

Fundació Pilar i Joan Miró
📍 Camí Miró, near Son Abrines

Visit Miró’s studio and sculpture garden; explore over 6,000 works, including rare sketches.

Castell de Bellver
📍 Camí de Bellver

Visit this 14th-century circular castle for concerts, exhibitions, and panoramic city views.
Tip: Don’t miss the summer evening concerts—magical under the stars!

Royal Palace of La Almudaina
📍 Carrer Palau Reial
🕘 Tues–Sun • 10:00–19:00 (summer)
A majestic blend of Moorish and Gothic architecture, this palace still hosts royal events.

Chopin Museum (Valldemossa)
📍 Real Cartuja de Valldemossa
🕘 Daily • 10:00–18:00
See Chopin’s original Pleyel piano and manuscripts in the place where he and George Sand wintered.
Tip: Look out for live piano recitals in summer and don’t miss the Deia International Music Festival nearby!

Robert Graves House (Deià)
📍 Carrer Robert Graves

The restored home of the famous poet and novelist, offering a glimpse into his Mallorcan life.
Tip: A must for literature lovers and fans of Deià’s artistic spirit.

Can Prunera Modernist Museum (Sóller)

A beautifully preserved Art Nouveau mansion with works by Miró, Klee, and more.

Picasso & Miró Room (Sóller Station) (Free)
📍 Sóller Train Station
Permanent exhibit of both artists in the historic station building.
Tip: A lovely quick stop before or after your historic tram ride to the port.

Museu de la Mar (Port de Sóller)
📍 Museu de la Mar, Port de Sóller

A small but charming maritime museum showcasing Sóller’s seafaring history.
Tip: A great break from the beach or post-lunch outing!

CCA Andratx

One of Europe’s largest contemporary art centres—surrounded by olive groves and hills.
Tip: Don’t miss their international artist residencies and stop by the café for a little break!

Sa Bassa Blanca Museum (Fundación Jakober)
📍 Camí de Son Real, Alcúdia
🕘 Tues–Sun • 10:00–18:00
A cultural gem with outdoor sculpture parks, Moorish architecture, and family-friendly art galleries.
Tip: Explore the rose garden and photo-friendly art labyrinth.


👣 North-East

Fairy Tale Museum – ArtArtà (Artà)
📍 Antoni Blanes, 19, Artà
🕘 Mon–Sat • 10:30 to 13:30. Thu & Sun closed
ArtArtà is a cultural space in Artà’s historic quarter celebrating local crafts, heritage and local fairytales and papier-mâché figures by Pere Pujol.
Tip: You’ll encounter the personas of Mallorcan folklore in an old, charming townhouse.


🌾 Central Mallorca

Museu del Fang (Pottery Museum) (Free)
📍 C/ Molí, 4, Sa Cabaneta (Marratxí)

Dedicated to Mallorca’s clay and ceramic heritage, including tools and siurells.
Tip: Plan your visit around a local market for a full artisan experience.

A state-of-the-art interactive museum for sports lovers of all ages.

Fundació Llorenç Villalonga (Binissalem)
📍 Can Sabater house
A literary museum inside the summer home of one of Mallorca’s most influential 20th-century writers.
Tip: Make it part of a Binissalem wine route or literary day out.

CaixaForum Palma
📍 Gran Hotel building, Palma
Housed in a stunning modernist building, it features rotating exhibitions, family activities, and a permanent Anglada-Camarasa collection.
Tip: Free for “la Caixa” members and often affordable for others. Also offers great workshops for kids all year long!
